Product Description
Every year, our quest for flavour leads us back to the Cordillera Central foothills. We know the San Sebastian farmers in the Colombian Andes. Their small-batch coffee – with hints of blackcurrants and honey – keeps us returning to Huila, which is home to a supposedly dormant volcano that, in 2007, woke up. Maybe smelling the coffee as it did so. Single-origin coffees: Both Colombia San Sebastian and Brazil Fazenda Pinhal are single-origin coffees. They’re the finest coffees we produce. Our search for amazing flavour and long-lasting relationships has led us to source smaller batches exclusively from farms in particular regions. This care and attention is reflected in the distinctive character and, most importantly, the delicious taste. Set a coarse grind for cafetière coffee. A medium grind for filter coffee. And a fine grind for espresso. Coffee beans aren’t the only way to enjoy Columbia San Sebastian. It’s also available as ground coffee.
